To my Brother

Today is the birthday of my forever young brother Nikko who was taken away by Typhoon Haiyan. March is our month, and I made a present for both of us.

He always wanted to grow up so fast. Even when we were kids, he wanted to swap positions with me. I didn’t find it logical, being a kid – he had every luxury to play and to be young! After typhoon Haiyan I realized that just maybe, his soul knew he had to be an adult fast and maybe things would have been different for him.

I made a drawing for him, done in 3.15 hours.
